Will you rebuild my whole store?
No — and that’s the point. Replatforming is expensive and risky. We work inside your existing WooCommerce install, fixing the specific checkout and funnel issues costing you conversions. If a full rebuild is genuinely warranted, we’ll tell you in the audit and explain why, but it’s rarely the answer.
How fast will I see results?

My payments sometimes fail at checkout. Is that CRO?

A silent payment-gateway timeout — often a plugin conflict between Stripe, Subscriptions, and a shipping or tax plugin — looks like “low conversion” but is actually lost orders. We pull the gateway API logs, reproduce the failure on staging, and fix the root cause. This is included in the overhaul tier.
