Can’t I just install an accessibility overlay widget?

Overlays (AccessiBe, UserWay, and similar) are increasingly named in lawsuits themselves — they don’t reliably fix the underlying code, and courts have rejected them as a defense. Real compliance requires fixing the HTML, CSS, and templates. That’s what we do, and it’s what holds up.

I got a demand letter. How fast can you help?

Does this guarantee I won’t get sued?

No one honest can guarantee that — but genuine WCAG 2.1 AA conformance plus documented good-faith remediation is the strongest position you can be in. We give you the audit trail (statement, remediation log, re-test sign-off) that demonstrates compliance.

Will fixing accessibility break my design?

No. Most fixes are invisible to sighted users — proper alt text, ARIA roles, focus order, heading structure. Where contrast needs adjusting, we work within your brand to keep it on-brand while meeting the 4.5:1 ratio.
