Optimize & GrowWholesale, built right on WooCommerce

WooCommerce has zero native B2B features. We build them.

Distributors and manufacturers are moving ordering online — and WooCommerce is the default platform. But unlike Shopify Plus, everything B2B requires plugin configuration and custom work: tiered pricing, account approval, minimum orders, net-30/60/90 terms, and quote requests. We architect and build the whole portal.

$36T
projected global B2B ecommerce market by 2026 — and WooCommerce is wide open

Most WooCommerce devs don’t understand B2B workflows. Most B2B agencies start at $50K.

There’s almost no mid-market WordPress agency positioning specifically on B2B — which leaves $1M–$20M GMV businesses underserved by enterprise shops and too complex for freelancers. B2B is discovery-first: how you approve wholesale accounts, what your tiered pricing looks like, how invoicing works, what ERP you run. The deliverable is different every time, and that’s exactly why it can’t be automated.

How it works

Your ordering process, online — exactly as it works offline.

We don’t impose a generic template. We model your real wholesale workflow.

01

Discover

A workshop call to map how you actually sell: who gets which price, how new accounts are vetted, your minimums, your payment terms, and what needs to talk to your ERP.

02

Architect roles & pricing

We design the user-role hierarchy and tiered pricing structure — retail, trade, distributor, or custom — so each customer sees exactly the right catalog and prices.

03

Build the portal

Registration with approval, MOQ enforcement, bulk/quick-order forms, quote requests, and net-term invoicing — configured on the right plugin stack for your complexity.

04

Integrate & launch

Connect payments, shipping, and ERP where needed, test the full order lifecycle on staging, then go live. Optional maintenance keeps pricing and accounts current.

FAQ — WooCommerce B2B

What distributors ask before discovery.

Why not just use Shopify Plus for B2B?
Shopify Plus has native B2B but locks you into its ecosystem and pricing. WooCommerce gives you full ownership and unlimited customization — important when your wholesale workflow is unusual. The trade-off is that WooCommerce B2B has to be built, which is exactly what we do.
Can I keep my existing B2C store and add wholesale?
Yes — that’s a common setup. We add a wholesale layer on top of your retail store: approved trade customers log in to see their pricing and minimums, while retail shoppers see the normal storefront. One store, two experiences.
Which B2B plugin will you use?
It depends on your requirements. B2BKing, WholesaleX, and WooCommerce Wholesale Pro each have strengths around pricing rules, registration, and quote management. We recommend the right one in discovery rather than forcing every client onto the same stack.
Do you handle net-30/60/90 invoicing?
Yes. We configure payment terms so approved accounts can order on invoice rather than paying upfront, with the terms and credit limits you specify. We can also gate net terms behind your approval workflow so only vetted accounts get them.
Can it connect to our ERP?
Often, yes — it depends on your ERP and what its API exposes. We scope integration requirements in discovery (product sync, order push, inventory, customer records) and build to it. Where a direct integration isn’t viable, we design a clean export/import bridge.
